This dog came from one of the nations most horrific USDA Brokers known in the Industry .... Treated for Parvo before shipping and received a high dose of medication sufficient enough to keep it alive, also enough to cause permanent neurological damage. The dog was untested before placed on floor for sale. This puppy was not given his treatment series on necessary dates and was incubating the disease causing permanent physical damage literally every single hour while untreated. This male dog has documented Cryptorchidism in it's medical chart , one of the most severe hereditary defects in an animal. The odds of him dying by age 5 from cancer due to this genetic defect is 80%. Salesman lied and said that an undescended testicle was very common, that it was only because he was young and the situation would correct itself. The dog was in the store the second day past the legal minimum age requirement of federal law, yet paperwork showed hewas in Russo's possession several days sooner than that. The Broker this dog came from is in Iowa, one of seven of the "Puppy Mill States" in the Midwest and is supplied by a long list of USDA Kennels, some containing as many as 500 dogs with breeder violations. Russo's advertises this Broker in the front window of his store as a "Reputable Breeder" sitting and posing on a fence, on a Sunny Iowa Day with a big smile looking like the local PTA MOM. A poor choice of scenery if you are selling a broker as a Reputable Breeders as the dilapidated raised rabbit hutches with wire flooring are clearly visible in the background. \
This day revealed and sealed a wide array of California State Pet Store Law violations, Federal Violations, and endless statements of Consumer Fraud. The salesman who is required to inform me of the California Pet Protection Act, also informed me I must follow Russo's policy, or my health contract (which is only the minimum state requirements) is void. His policy?.. got to his Vet on 2 very specifiic dates after purchase in which the later is the 15th. That is the day his Veterinarian will give more anitbiotics still not recommend any tests, and the medical record from that day legally releases Russo's of any puppy lemon laws. Rumor in town is he owns 50% of the Veterinary Clinic. Which means When Russo's sells you a sick dog for excessive high profits... he will double those profits in hundreds if not thousands of dollars you will spend trying to save the life of your puppy because it has sat in the store untreated incubating disease. The exact reason why so many of them die shortly after purchase.

Suzanne and Brooke Bradford will very calculatingly lie with a sweet voice and pleasant smile, while telling your family and your child their puppies come from the "best breeders in the country" and "each puppy is PERSONALLY chosen to provide the best pet for your family.".
YES, Dan Digiacomo and Suzanne and Brooke and Suzanne Bradford target not only consumers tofianancially and emotionally victimize with consumer fraud while exposing them to animals from environments rampant with human contagious diesease, they also target families and children.
